Wuxi Bubufa Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was built on a single conviction: that the world deserves better electric mobility. Headquartered at No. 268 Houxin Road, Yangjian Town, Xishan District, Wuxi — China's advanced manufacturing heartland — we design, engineer, and export a full lineup of 52 electric two-wheelers for global markets.
We are not simply manufacturers. We are technical partners — working alongside distributors, dealers, and brand owners across the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, and beyond to deliver high-performance, high value-added electric travel solutions tailored to each market.
Every model we build carries the Bubufa promise: "Excellence in Performance." From lightweight city e-bikes to 5000W supersport motorcycles capable of 130 km/h, precision and purpose define everything we make.

Our Vision
FOUNDED BY MR. CONG
Bubufa is not a corporation built by committee. It was started by one man — Mr. Cong — who saw an opportunity to bring world-class electric mobility to global markets and had the courage to pursue it on his own.
From the earliest days, Mr. Cong was hands-on in every aspect of the business: walking the factory floor, meeting distributors face-to-face, and personally overseeing quality at every stage. That dedication is still felt throughout the company today.
